The Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven sales leader to help us capitalize on tremendous market momentum for the Vaidio AI Vision Platform.
Our Area Sales Representative (ASR) will help us drive immediate revenue while helping to build a world-class sales engine. They will be responsible for enabling and inspiring System Integrators as an expert in security, safety and operational applications for next-generation AI Vision solutions.
They will work closely with the full IronYun team including Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Field Operations and Engineering.
The Job
The ideal candidate must have physical security (access control and video surveillance) experience, be passionate about selling, be an exceptional, actively selling leader, be able to roll up his or her sleeves, understand technology, drive revenue, and build strong customer and integrator relationships. The team is focused on hiring an articulate sales technologist with keen business acumen who can drive exponential growth - not a “forecast spreadsheet driver”.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and growth of strategic partner ecosystem for IronYun’s Vaidio AI Vision Platform in enterprise physical security and AI Vision applications
- Design and execute partner engagement strategy and grow company presence across all key market segments to achieve business targets
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Product, Business Operations, and Direct Sales to ensure internal messaging alignment, operational coordination, and evangelization of partner strategy
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets
- Actively prospect to generate leads and seek out potential partners and prospects
- Drive day-to-day GTM execution with partners and their field and marketing teams
- Develop territory goals and personally assist partners to execute tactics and close deals
- Demonstrate thought leadership as a representative of the company at conferences, events, trade shows, and industry functions
- Grow a highly effective sales organization across with system integrators, A&E firms, and technology, OEM and marketing partners within your territory
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to close enterprise accounts from $200K - $1M via the channel and end users
- 2+ years of sales experience within the physical security space and/or 2+ as a manufacturer sales consultant, in roles of ever-increasing scope and responsibility, ideally with knowledge of physical security, authentication, access control
- Demonstrated ability to drive year over year sales growth
- Demonstrated track record of over-achievement in quota carrying roles in channel sales
- Experience managing funnel via enterprise class CRM, preferably HubSpot
- Must excel at complex negotiation, including total-cost-of-ownership, multi-year transactions and multi-service selling
- Must be able to evangelize and present the technology and business value proposition consistently in the HOT AI analytic space
- Should have established security industry, integrator and FG2000 relationships at the director and c-level
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong Business acumen and demonstrated experience in providing a strategic contribution to business results

Compensation
- Compensation package includes base salary, variable incentive compensation, insurance, and competitive stock option-based equity package
